Privacy Policy

Paige (operated by Pyro Inc.) collects only what it needs to deliver incident pages and bill for usage.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, organization, and phone numbers you add for paging.
• Incident data: alerts you send us, escalation timelines, acknowledgement records, and call/SMS dispatch logs.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store a customer ID and usage counters.
• Authentication: sessions are managed by WorkOS; we store an opaque session reference, not your password.

How we use it

To deliver pages, generate invoices, and contact you about service issues. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your incident contents to train models.

Retention & deletion

Incident records are retained for 12 months by default. Deleting your organization removes account, incident, and contact data within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by law.
